I can attest to this! Your article is spot-on. I was like this as a child. I’m in my mid-20’s now…
Some of my best memories are when my mom let me be creative and didn’t punish me for marking my bedroom furniture (which I still have) or cutting my own hair.

When I read this, I cried. After years of wondering why all 3 of my children are so very challenging, it finally made sense. And it just feels good to know that I am not alone.
